- Strategic Resources Corporation
(SRC), the New York-based fund manager and investment advisor to Phoenix
Four, Inc., an event-driven real estate opportunity fund, has announced
the acquisition of the Dedham Executive Center.
- City of Weymouth has approves all permits for Weymouth
Woods Corporate Center, a 100,000 square feet first-class office
development, located of Route 3 South in Weymouth, Massachusetts.
- Peter Elliot LLC represents 100 Chauncy Street LLC as Elderhostel, Inc.
purchases 15 Avenue de Lafayette in Boston,
Massachusetts for $6,600,000. Elderhostel, Inc. will be relocating their
offices at 75 Federal Street to this new location in December of 2001.
- Ellison Patten leases 24,251 square feet in the South Shore office marketplace
in 7,582 sqaure feet at 1001 Hingham Street in Rockland,
massachusetts attains 100% occupancy.
- 14 Audubon Road in Wakefiled
sells for $3.5 million. Dennis Nolfi of Peter Elliot represented the seller,
New England Restaurant Co., which sought to consolidate two corporate
offices into one location after recently acquiring a competitor.
