Patten of
Peter Elliot Lease 24,250 SF On the South Shore

Norwell, MA - Ellison Patten,
Assistant Vice-President for Peter Elliot LLC, recently completed four
individual leasing deals for a total of 24,251 square feet leased in the
128 South marketplace.
Benefit Plan Management, a benefits consulting firm, signed a lease for
7,582 square feet of first-class office space at 1001 Hingham Street in
Rockland, Massachusetts. This brings the three-story, 31,624 square foot
building to 100% occupancy. Peter Elliot represented both the tenant and
the landlord, Newest Realty Trust, in the deal. According to Patten, "1001
Hingham Street is without a doubt the finest first-class office building
of its size along the Route 3 South corridor."
In other transactions: Beacon Partners, a leading national health care
consulting firm providing consulting services to the HMO industry, renewed
and expanded their premises to 10,193 square feet of office space at 200
Cordwainer Drive in Norwell, Massachusetts. Peter Elliot LLC represented
both the tenant and the landlord, AEP Realty Trust, in the transaction.
Patten renewed an additional 1,976 square feet in a separate lease at
200 Cordwainer Drive for U.S. Filter, a leading global provider of water
and wastewater treatment systems and services. Peter Elliot LLC represented
both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction.
Daticon Systems, Inc., a developer of frontline document management software
and provider of document imaging services for the law community, recently
leased 4,500 square feet of first-class office space at 249 Vanderbilt
Avenue in Norwood, Massachusetts. Ellison Patten represented the landlord,
249 Vanderbilt Realty Trust, in the transaction. Michael Levine, of IPS,
Inc. represented the tenant.
